Manuscript Cancellation Policy

Manuscript Withdrawal Policy

Authors are strictly not permitted to withdraw a manuscript once it has been submitted to the MOBIS Journal. Withdrawal or cancellation of a submitted manuscript is considered an unethical practice, as it wastes the resources, time, and efforts of editors and reviewers.

If an author insists on withdrawing a submitted manuscript, the final decision will rest with the Editor-in-Chief. As a consequence, the authors will be subject to the following sanctions:

  1. The author and all co-authors will be blacklisted, meaning they will no longer be allowed to submit manuscripts to the MOBIS Journal in the future.

  2. All previously published manuscripts by the author(s) in the MOBIS Journal will be removed from the publication archive.

  3. The identity of the blacklisted author(s) (including full name, email address, and institutional affiliation) will be recorded in the internal database of the MOBIS Journal.

By submitting a manuscript to the MOBIS Journal, authors are deemed to have understood and agreed to this policy.
